Shipping

Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday).  Each item will give you approx. estimates of prices and different shipping methods.  Please allow for minor adjustments in shipping costs as they are all based on weight. Orders that qualify for the free shipping in Canada option are shipped Fedex ground or Canada Post and usually arrive within 5-10 days after the order is completed.  All orders will require a signature when delivered.  For our mutual protection, orders that have different shipping and billing addresses may have a delay, please notify us when ordering if that is the case.  Oversize items and remote areas may also require additional shipping charges, we will do our best to ship items at low costs but some items and areas will have additional charges.  We will contact you if this is the case. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

International Orders

Due to agreements with certain companies some of the products listed on the site are only sold within Canada and therefor can only be shipped to a Canadian address.  Every brand has different policies so please contact us regarding specific items and countries.  Please email us for further information regarding international orders rudeboysshop@gmail.com

Warranty

All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  If you feel that your product has become defective within the timeframe of the warranty please contact us and we will assist you making sure the proper actions are taken.  rudeboysshop@gmail.com 403.762.8480 for further instructions.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days from the time you receive your order for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We will require the customer to contact us by email about the return no later than 5 days after recieving product.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
